Scanning Electron Microscopy

A benchtop Scanning Electron Microscope from Phenom World gives Nanotech Innovations the ability to perform high-end imaging for a variety of applications. The system has both optical and electron microscopy with magnifications of 20x - 20,000x and an ultimate resolution of 30nm.

We perform a wide array of analytical imaging such as inspection of materials for imperfections, determination of uniformity of plating layers, etc. Detailed imaging of photovoltaic structures and nanomaterials is also available.
